Swine Flu

Swine flu (more currently known as Novel H1N1) is a respiratory disease that affects pigs and is caused by influenza type A. Swine flu can be transmitted to humans by direct contact with pigs, or direct contact with someone already infected with the disease. Swine flu symptoms include fever, coughing, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, appetite loss, and runny nose.
