Stress and Dermatitis

Like many skin conditions, dermatitis seems to flare-up when the body is under physical or emotional stress. In addition, flare-ups which are unsightly can add even more stress making the situation even worse. Many dermatologists and health care providers recommend that patients learn to eliminate or control stress through stress reduction techniques.

  • Get plenty of rest and recreation in order to reduce stress.
