Sorafenib

Sorafenib is a chemotherapy drug used mainly in the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma. It is also sometimes used in the treatment of hepacellular carcinoma. Side effects of sorafenib include skin rash, hand-foot skin reactions, diarrhea and hypertension.
