- Any medication containing pseudoephedrine must be sold behind the counter, and a log-book listing sales must contain the product sold, quantity sold, date, time, and the name and address of the purchaser.
- Buyers of pseudoephedrine must present a photo identification issued by the state or federal government and enter information into the required logbook with their signature.
