High Cholesterol and Artichoke Leaf
There has been little evidence to support the use of artichoke leaf to treat high cholesterol. Most studies have focused on the effects of artichoke leaf extracts instead of the actual artichoke. Gas and allergic reactions are possible side effects of using artichokes for high cholesterol.
