Fish Oil and Pregnancy

Preliminary studies have found that taking fish oil supplements during pregnancy can improve the baby's hand-eye coordination. However, not enough studies have been done to know if fish oil is safe to take during pregnancy. Because of this, it cannot be recommended for pregnant women to take fish oil.
