Coping with Urinary Incontinence At Bedtime
Urinary incontinence at bedtime is caused by either nocturia or enuresis. Enuresis (bedwetting) occurs when a person involuntarily urinates while asleep. Nocturia occurs when a person frequently has to urinate throughout the night.
