COPD and Viagra

Researchers have found that the use of Viagra (sildenafil) in those with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) may decrease the blood pressure in their lungs. Hypertension is a complication that may develop from having COPD. Viagra helped to control the spike in blood pressure that is commonly seen among people with COPD after exercising.
