Nausea, upset stomach, itching, rash, abdominal pain, and diarrhea are the most common side effects of antiplatelets. It is very important to contact a physician if serious side effects occur. More serious side effects include heavy bleeding, unexplained bleeding, blood in urine, cloudy urine, vomiting or coughing blood, and constipation.
